Barrington, IL 60010Job Overview:As a Guest Relations Specialist with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the first person to greet our guests and who they see every time they make an investment in their vehicle. Building relationships with our guests is a critical part of your role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and out at the front counterAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProvide safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreat our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersHelp keep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members with clerical tasks as neededConnect with our guests and develop authentic relationshipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
